The Felt Store loves to collaborate with crafters, designers, artists and educational institutions to share and grow the endless possibilities of felt. Have a look at some of the opportunities we offer to see if we’re a good fit for each other.

Sponsorships  |  Vendors

Sponsorship Guidelines

The Felt Store offers two types of Sponsorships:

• Discounts: a percentage-based discount for requested felt materials.
• Donations: the donation of finished products, materials, or remnant felt.

*Please note that sponsorships do not cover the cost of shipping.

We sponsor:

• Crafting events (big & small) that are looking for a raffle give-away or material for crafting
• Educational projects in the disciplines of Art and Design
• Artist projects for exhibition

*Participants and events must be within Canada or the United States.

We do not sponsor:

• Products intended for re-sale
• Projects that endorse ill intent toward others

Agreement

Depending on the type of sponsorship you are applying for, we may request one or more of the following:

• Event Specific
  • The Felt Store is to be credited on promotional material related to the event (I.e., social media, brochures, banners, posters, website etc.)
• Project Specific
  • Submit photography or video of your process and final project so that The Felt Store can share your work with our community.
  • Submit a brief write up of your project rational.
  • The Felt Store is to be credited on promotional material related to the event (I.e., social media, brochures, banners, posters, website etc.)

*Content submitted to us will be showcased on our website and social media platforms. All work will be credited back to the maker(s).

Procedure

• Applicants are required to fill out our online Sponsorship Application.
• Applications will be reviewed by The Felt Store based on project scope, working timeline, and company fit.
• Applicants can expect to hear back with a decision within 1-2 weeks of submission.
